Key Requirements:

Backup:

Backup v5 data and configuration
system should not be brought down during backup
backup data from /opt/anaconda/storage such that subsequent backups only capture deltas (rsync)
client can take a snapshot of disk at desired frequency
option to skip backup of conda packages
create a tarball of everything?

Restore:

backup current state before restoring
restore from local directory
