What’s new

• Encode aerials with VideoToolbox temporal sub-layers (tscl/tsas) so stop-screensaver can freeze that frame as wallpaper
• Frame-hold up to 240 fps (Apple aerial cadence) for a smoother unlock ramp on slower sources
• check reports ready / screensaver only / needs encode
• Short clips looped to ~5 minutes during encode
