Getting ready for the Claude directory. The band works the same as in v0.1.5.

• Directory: submitted to the official Claude plugin directory. It passed the security scan and is in review with Anthropic.
• Listing: a plugin icon, and the official description in the plugin manifest.
• README: the Privacy section now spells out exactly what the mod reads, sends and runs: the one request to Anthropic's usage service, the /compact it types, and the reg / defaults theme check.
• README (after this tag):
  • Install steps and the rename reinstall now show the desktop app first, then the terminal.
  • New near the top: the band is live from the moment a session opens. It asks Anthropic's usage service straight away, for free (no tokens, nothing counted toward your limits), where many usage mods stay blank until Claude replies.
  • All screenshots are now visible: More screenshots sits in a Note box and the collapsed terminal shot is shown, instead of both being collapsed.
  • Section headings in capitals, and the reinstall note says it gets you v0.1.6.
• Code: small rewrites so the directory's scanner can read the mod's calls.
• Tested: the band keeps the same proportions at 100% and 150% Windows display scaling.

Update: ask Claude Update the usage-quota plugin from its marketplace, then restart. Installed before v0.1.5? See the v0.1.5 notes to reinstall under the new name.

Earlier changes: v0.1.5 renamed the plugin to usage-quota; v0.1.4 removed the "Only in new chats" Auto compact answer.

The plugin is now called usage-quota. Claude Code reserves plugin names starting with claude- for Anthropic's own plugins, so the old name, claude-code-usage-quota, failed claude plugin validate.

Installed before v0.1.5? Updating won't pick up the new name. Remove the old one and install again (in the desktop app, ask Claude to run these), then restart:

Fix: removed the Only in new chats answer from the Auto compact question. Each session keeps its own Auto compact setting and new sessions start off, so it only held the current session back until it was reopened. When the context is already past your %, the band now asks: Now or After my next compact.
