Install via Homebrew

Manual install

1. Download FocusGuard-v0.1.0.zip below
2. Unzip and move FocusGuard.app to /Applications
3. Right-click → Open (first time only — Gatekeeper)
4. Click 🛡 FG in your menu bar to start
