Stream Interpreter v1.2.0

This is the 1.2.0 version. With this we have two major changes:

• You no longer need to write the type of expressions! This means you can write x = y + 1, and the program will automatically detect the type of the expression.
• And, you can now use more operators. You can use the ~ operator to floor the value, the @ and & operators to get a sub list from a list, and there are more functionalities for pre existing operators.

With this, all type less features are implemented. With this we will begin to move onto our cross language features, and focus more on those, and also run several thorough tests of the software for bugs.
