Added the notification-level option to control the verbosity of GUI desktop notifications: off, minimal, standard or verbose.
Added notifications for tunnel disconnection, connection attempts, IPsec rekeying and upcoming disconnection due to IKE SA expiry.
Added the ipsec ike-state and ipsec rekey commands to snxctl to display and renew the IPsec security associations.
Added the list command to snxctl to list the connection profiles.
When IKE SA expires, disconnect the tunnel automatically and remove the IKE persistent state.
