Both gates met. The hermetic gate is green from a clean clone at 741 tests,
ruff and `cdk synth` over six stacks, with no broken doc links. The deployed
gate ran from an empty account: five stage stacks destroyed, the account
verified empty by enumeration, `make deploy-dev` from nothing, the baseline
reseeded at 31/31 and $0.472084, and `make walkthrough` 5/5 run by a human.
Shipped: the README with the three acts, the honest cost section and the
lessons; `make diagrams` and a current architecture diagram; a documentation
link checker; the dashboard's two-series trend; the project-page copy.
39 ADRs. The last two were written this milestone and both record a cost
rather than a design: ADR-038, that charting a day's best deletes the
regressions that were repaired; ADR-039, that the teardown spares the CI
stack because a CloudFormation-generated role name is referenced by a GitHub
variable nothing in this repository can pin.
The seven-day result worth keeping is not the platform. It is that eleven
times across six milestones the gate was green while something underneath it
measured nothing at all, and that every one of those was found by deploying
it, by changing something of a shape the system had never seen, or by a human
reading the output. None was found by adding another test of the kind already
there.
The platform is left standing.
