• Kelvin now speaks your language: the whole app is in Portuguese on Macs set to Portuguese, and in English everywhere else.
• New first-steps guide on first launch: it finds Claude or Codex on your Mac and connects Kelvin to it in one click — no config files to edit. Every step can also be done by hand with a copyable command.
• The guide checks itself: steps complete when the real thing happens, and the ? button in the corner brings it back anytime, next to a link to the official docs.
• Clearer first window: the enrollment screen now says where the code comes from and offers to paste it when you return from the browser.
• The menu bar now links to the web app — where Rooms are published and shared — and to the tutorials.
