Initial release of DiLink-Auto, an open-source alternative to Android Auto.

Features:

Requirements:

  • Android 10+ phone with USB Debugging
  • BYD DiLink 3.0+ head unit
  • Phone hotspot enabled

Known issues:

  • Occasional visual artifacts (decoder restart race, recovers at next keyframe)
  • ~100-200ms streaming latency under load
  • VD server restarts on USB disconnect (reconnects automatically)
  • Hotspot must be enabled manually (Android 16 limitation)
