Installer spoof fallback — if pm install -r fails to change the installer, now tries cmd package install-existing --installer-package as a second attempt.
Installer spoof no longer blocks AA registration — phenotype flags + Finsky forge are sufficient.
Fix: Re-run Registration button no longer crashes.
Fix: UpdateManager flavor filtering (root→root, standard→standard).
Fix: AA status card checks use SQLiteDatabase directly.
Fix: RootManager mount namespace (--mount-master).
