##Transactional API: The system must support 4 transactions:

Balance - Balance inquire: Given an account number, provide the current account balance (in dollars)
Withdraw - Debit: deduct the specified amount from the account balance– account number and debit amount are specified
Deposit - Deposit: Add the specified amount to the account balance – account number and deposit amount are specified
History - Inquire: provide a list of recent deposits and debits – account number and history range (days in the past) are specified

Requests are sent in JSON to https://kaching.xyz/api/TransactionServlet
