馃敭 Improve startup time and plugin configurations

  • Codeium: Disabled the Codeium plugin by commenting out its configuration.
  • Copilot: Changed the event for Copilot to to lazy-load it.
  • CopilotChat: Updated the CopilotChat configuration to be more lazy-loaded and added more specific keymaps for different modes.
  • which-key: Changed the event for which-key to to make it load sooner.
  • init.lua: Corrected the path to the python3 host program to be an absolute path.
  • fidget.lua: Split the logic of the fidget plugin
