Note

Bumps runtime and CI to PHP 8.4, upgrades Symfony dependencies to 8.x, and updates README and package version references accordingly.

• Dependencies:
  • Require php >=8.4 and upgrade Symfony packages to ^8.0 in composer.json (and lockfile refresh across Symfony components).
• CI:
  • Update GitHub Actions workflow to run tests on PHP 8.4.
• Docs:
  • Update README.md to reference Symfony 8.0, PHP 8.4, and package version "enko/relativedateparser": "^2.0".
