The ifdiff paths have been hard coded in two files.
They are now generated/stored only in generateIFDIFFpaths.m.
clearPaths() and initIFDIFF() use these.
initIFDIFF() can be extended by additional machinery needed in future (e.g. check existance of mtreeplus)
