When running `connecto listen` on macOS with the firewall enabled,
connecto now automatically detects if it's blocked and prompts for
admin credentials to add a firewall exception.

This fixes the issue where devices on the same network couldn't
discover each other because macOS firewall was silently blocking
incoming connections on port 8099.
