plugin install command got updated:
- auto refresh and load the newly installed plugin
- plugin loading logs are displayed only the first time (at bot load)
- improved download speed for plugin dependancies. Enabled parallel downloads
New console command to change the settings. Check config

Fixed error that did no let external actions be used when imported from plugins
Removed URLs file from bot's config
