there is also the fork https://github.com/dahendel/docker-machine-driver-cloudstack; does it make sense to integrate changes from there as well?

For example, the GoReleaser pipeline.

I would be happy to make a PR. It has been a long time since I used that repo. Most of the changes I made were to make it easier to use the driver from inside rancher or with rke. Happy to do a PR if you want one. I think i pulled out the extraction of the ssh keys. I would have to go back and look. @1605200517 @andrestc
