FastScreen 0.1.3 — Multi-Instance & Zero-GC Production Release
FastScreen 0.1.3: Ultra-Fast DirectX Screen Capture for Java (240–2000 FPS)
⚡ FastScreen provides hardware-accelerated, zero-copy desktop duplication and screen capture for Java using DirectX 11 (DXGI 1.2+) and GPU staging pipelines.
🚀 In this release (v0.1.3):
- Multi-Instance Architecture: Replaced static globals with native instance handles for full concurrency.
- Dynamic Region Switching: Switch capture sub-regions without destroying DirectX devices.
- Hardware Sub-region HLSL Scaling: Scaled bilinear sampling with exact UV coordinate normalization.
- Zero-GC Pipeline: Fill pre-allocated int[] and direct ByteBuffers with 0 JVM garbage collector pressure.
- Win32 Window Exclusion: Exclude recording windows with SetWindowDisplayAffinity to eliminate Droste mirror recursion loops.
- Lock-free Triple Buffering: Decoupled capture worker and rendering thread for tearing-free 240+ FPS preview.
