• updated enterprise architecture and ten-page Governed Build Edition v3.0 executive brief;
• campaign-readiness rebase, M1.17 clean-build source closure, and pre-750 roadmap;
• sanitized ChatGPT project-history archive through 2026-08-12;
• reconciled repository navigation, artifact maps, and release indexes;
• regenerated root manifests and publication inventory.

Publication boundary

All records are deterministic and synthetic. Strategy comparison is governed comparative analysis, not a production causal-optimization claim. Recovery programs remain isolated from the normal chain. Module 3 is a roadmap boundary and is not authorized for execution.
