Changes:
- Fix choppy playback/silence if stream is paused and resumed near the end of the audio buffer
- add Mute for the main output (doesn't work on all codecs yet)
- Fix CORB/RIRB on NForce chipsets
- Send a power-up command to all Power Widgets on the codec just in case that is needed.
- Reduced max audio buffer size to 128k again, too much buffer can cause significant lag
