First release.

A drop-in replacement for ftl-extract 0.12.1 in which a simulated Drosophila mushroom body decides which strings are Fluent keys: 124 projection neurons → 2597 Kenyon cells ⇄ 1 APL → 48 MBONs, LIF neurons on the real FlyWire FAFB v783 connectome, a readout trained with dopamine (delta rule). Byte-for-byte the same output as the Rust original on all 31 fixture runs; 0 differences from the AST reference on a real aiogram bot with 538 keys.
