Enhance web module processing and add GitHub download utility
Updated `WebModuleExtensions.cs` to improve web module processing with a new method `ProcessAssemblyForWebModules`, enhancing logging and error handling. The `AddWebModules` method now supports explicitly provided assemblies for better flexibility.
Introduced `GitHubDownloadExtensions.cs` with a method `GetLatestReleaseVersionAsync` to retrieve the latest GitHub release version, handling HTTP redirects and parsing version information.
