Refactor GitHub download methods and improve logging
- Introduced `GitHubWebModuleResource` record to encapsulate owner, repo, filename builder, and optional version.
- Updated `BuildLatestUrl` and `BuildReleaseUrl` methods to use the new record type.
- Added error handling for missing version in release URL.
- Changed `mainAssemblyUrls` parameter type in `WebModuleExtensions` from `IEnumerable<string>` to `IEnumerable<Uri>` for better type safety.
- Enhanced logging and error handling during assembly download process.
