Remove documentation files from package inclusion

The `SharedTools.Web.csproj` file has been updated to remove the section that included all Markdown files from the `docs` directory in the package. The packing behavior and output paths for these files have been eliminated, while the inclusion of the specific documentation file `MODULE_MIGRATION.md` remains unchanged.
