How to run this application

after running all commands given in help it is showing the screen given here.

after running https:/localhost
it is going to xampp default page

pls help how to run this app.

Sir, then pls guide me how this application runs. Laravel php artisan serve command is also showing blank page.

For a smoother Laravel experience on Windows, I'd recommend switching to Laravel Herd (https://herd.laravel.com/windows) or Laragon (https://laragon.org). Both are free and handle all the server configuration for you, no need to manually configure Apache or run php artisan serve. Then just follow the installation steps in the README.
