The script Summary.py inside the SuperPlot directory calculates statistics for the chain. Run:

 python Summary.py

The file-browser will ask you to select a chain, and possibly an information file. It will then print to your terminal, for each parameter in the chain (excluding chi-squared and the posterior weight), the parameter name, best-fit, posterior mean, and one-sigma credible region.

Finally, it will print the minimum chi-squared and its associated p-value (thought this depends on the number of degrees of freedom).
