Dialogflow supports rich text responses for users on a device. We could add a nice interface for apprentice to construct this type of response.

Im going to make this issue more feature specific.

This feature will be a nicer way to construct a Card in the google assistant UI.

However, there are some general troubles with the Dialogflow API documentation.

If the responses could be generated like in https://github.com/dialogflow/fulfillment-webhook-json/tree/master/responses/v2/ActionsOnGoogle/RichResponses, that would be a great start
