pdftk-php Class for PDF Forms

Need to serve up PDF files with dynamic data? pdftk-php is a collection of functions that make it easy to use pdftk and PHP together to fill and serve PDF forms from a web server.

Requirements

• PHP 5 with safe_mode disabled
• pdftk installed on the server (see web hosts with pdftk)
• A PDF form, not created in Mac OS X (see known issues), with no filled data
