Web hosts with pdftk

If you are running your own web server, or have full access to the server via a virtual machine or through virtual hosting, installing pdftk is relatively easy. Just download the installation for your distribution (or the exe if you’re running Windows)

On a shared Linux hosting environment, it can be difficult to install pdftk, since because of various security considerations, your host has most likely given your account reduced privileges. In almost all cases you’ll need to contact your host to get pdftk installed.
