fix: rename CLI symlink from code-server to codex

Update npm-postinstall.sh to create CLI symlink as 'codex' instead of
'code-server'. This fixes the terminal e2e test which invokes the CLI
command. Also update error messages to reference 'codex' instead of
'code-server'.
