Changes

  • Fix PyPI publish: Move posthog git branch dependency to Makefile targets (make install-posthog, make install-all) since PyPI rejects direct git URL references. pyproject.toml uses standard posthog>=7.5.0 for compatibility.
  • Fix slack test: Use correct thread prefix (:robot_face: Standup :thread:) in test mock to match implementation.

PostHog with openai-agents tracing

For local dev with openai-agents tracing support (pending PR #408):

make install-posthog

This installs the base posthog package then overrides with the git branch version.
