Bug fixes

  • yarn v1 + `${NPM_AUTH_TOKEN}` in `.npmrc`: yarn pack would fail with "Failed to replace env in config" when the source package's `.npmrc` references `${NPM_AUTH_TOKEN}` and the variable isn't set in the environment. A placeholder value is now injected during pack (auth isn't needed for packing).

  • pnpm + monorepo lockfile update: `pnpm add` inside a monorepo workspace was attempting to update the full workspace lockfile, which could 401 on scoped packages not available in the project's configured registry. `--no-lockfile` is now passed to skip lockfile updates when installing the local tarball.

  • Wrong pnpm flag: `--resolve-workspace-protocol=false` corrected to `--save-workspace-protocol=false`.
