Nummeropslag MCP v1.0.1

Adds a portable OCI distribution alongside the one-click MCP Bundle.

Installation options:

• download nummeropslag-mcp-1.0.1.mcpb for compatible desktop clients
• run ghcr.io/andrey-tut/nummeropslag-mcp:v1.0.1 as a stdio container

All five tools remain read-only and require a Nummeropslag Partner API key.
