Fixes completion recording freezes across continued sessions and ADHD check-ins. Each microphone capture is now owned by its exact window and timer session, retries are idempotent, timeouts preserve typed text, and End without note remains available. Focus check-ins now offer Still working, I’m done working on that task, and Record a note without starting the microphone automatically. Includes the completed focus-event migration and synchronized desktop/web session timeline labels.
