Refactor to leverage okhttp-client-extensions-1.0 in an effort to consolidate duplicate code accross multiple java-clients (i.e., code reuse).
This is not a backwards compatible change due to package namespace changes pertaining to the underlying connection and exceptions; however, the client interface itself remains the same. A user agent must now be specified when building a client instance.
