cmcp install openclaw now installs the orchestration skill too — OpenClaw is a first-class caller, not just a dispatch target. 0.18.0 shipped OpenClaw as somewhere central-mcp can send work; this closes the other direction: making OpenClaw good at using central-mcp. Registering the MCP server makes the tools callable; the skill (landing at ~/.openclaw/skills/central-mcp/SKILL.md, which OpenClaw reports as ✓ ready) is what teaches the runtime the non-blocking poll pattern, @workspace fan-out, which tool answers which question, and the two push-reporting recipes that turn its cron + chat gateway into central-mcp's delivery rail. Installed on fresh registration, on a rerun where the server was already registered (so a missing skill is repaired rather than skipped), and refreshed in place over local edits.

One bundled skill serves every resident agentOS.data/hermes-skill.md becomes data/agentos-skill.md, with vendor-specific wording generalized, and both Hermes and OpenClaw install the same file through a shared _install_agentos_skill(runtime). The guidance was always identical; two copies would have drifted the moment either was edited. A test asserts both runtimes write byte-identical content.
The skill now teaches the PM tools it was missing. It predated project_pulse / portfolio_digest and still pointed only at orchestration_history. It gains a question → tool table, the reason project_pulse is the one that sees work which never went through the hub, and the rule that dispatches.stale rows are unfinished rather than live.
cmcp run --agent openclaw stops warning about missing permission flags. OpenClaw gates dangerous commands through its own approvals / exec-policy config rather than a per-invocation flag, so PERMISSION_MODE_FLAGS declares both modes empty — for this runtime that is the correct answer, not an omission.

Verified against the real OpenClaw (2026.6.34): cmcp install openclaw writes the skill and openclaw skills list shows central-mcp as ✓ ready under openclaw-managed.
Tests: 5 new OpenClaw skill cases (fresh write, repair-on-rerun-when-already-registered, refresh-over-local-edits, dry-run writes nothing, and the shared-body assertion). Existing Hermes skill tests pass unchanged against the shared installer. 771 passing.
