Added a localized, multi-page touch command bar that is enabled by default
on Termux, adapts to dialogs and narrow screens, exposes function-key actions
to software-keyboard users, and can be toggled with Ctrl+T.
Fixed
Made new Termux installations immediately discoverable in bash, zsh, fish,
and other shells, and added fish-specific PATH configuration for environments
where a shell restart is still required.
Buffered normal Termux typing bursts and overlapped the short play-audio
clips with a bounded concurrency limit, preventing missing or unnaturally
serialized key sounds.
