Fix ActionHandler and InputValidator conflict
- Include both CHEER and FIND actions

1. Implemented CHEER input validation in InputValidator
2. Implemented CHEER action handler in ActionHandler
3. Implemented resources package to store cheer.txt
4. Implemented cheerPath as a static variable in DataHandler
5. Implemented getCheerMessage method in ActionHandler
6. Implemented new InputError enum for CHEER
