Geometry Check v0.6.1 (alpha)
Fixes a tolerance-boundary bug found in review: a hairline gap could escape both A9 and A1 if you tightened A9's tolerance below the gap (or be reported by both if you raised it). Borderline points are now owned by exactly one check, driven by A9's actual setting; with A9 disabled, its gaps are reported by A1 as open endpoints instead of disappearing.
Install: unzip and add the GeometryCheck folder via Utilities → Add-Ins. Feedback: https://tally.so/r/eq1VVE

Geometry Check v0.6.0 (alpha)
First public release of Geometry Check, a free Fusion 360 add-in that finds geometry that is slightly wrong: lines a fraction of a degree off square, hairline gaps between endpoints, open profiles, sliver segments. It explains each finding in plain language and jumps the camera to it.
Install: download GeometryCheck-v0.6.0.zip, unzip, then in Fusion: Utilities → Add-Ins → Scripts and Add-Ins → + next to My Add-Ins → pick the GeometryCheck folder → Run. Commands appear under Inspect.
In this release
- Checks: A8 slightly-off right angles, A9 hairline gaps, A1 open profile endpoints, A5 tiny segments — all tolerances tunable
- Click-to-locate with viewport markers and zoom
- Detect-only by default; opt-in experimental fixes that are verified after applying and undone automatically if they cause a problem
- Ignore: mark a finding as intentional; the mark is saved in the design file and restorable
- No telemetry. Nothing leaves your machine.
Known limits: tested on macOS; Windows untested (reports very welcome). Sketch checks only so far; body/topology checks are next.
