Persistent connection

Added an option to maintain a persistent connection between polls, which reduces the time each poll takes.

Still working on error handling such that Home Assistant always tries to do a reload/retry - if the integration dies, a manual reload always seems to fix it so I assume it's possible for Home Assistant to take care of this automatically?
