Battery state update

Added a new state: Floating.

Previously, if the BM2 thinks the battery is charging then we just accepted that. Now, for non-default battery chemistry types, specific float and charging voltages have been specified.

Some additional debug logs have also been added.

And finally time to go to version 1.0.0!
