Various bug fixes and improvements:
- Any detected Bluetooth device can be manually added, in case the auto-detected process misses your Battery Monitor
- Any non-BM2 devices added will be alerted in the log. A future update will be to test the device as part of adding a new entry, not after!
- Lots of debug logging added
- New entry instructions revised
