New custom Lovelace card

• New Lovelace card

First test release of a custom Lovelace card that shows detailed vehicle occupancy in the same style as the Transport NSW rail displays:

It supports the 'add by entity' and 'add by card' previews, and uses the generic config editor. This is my first Lovelace card so feedback is appreciated!
