Summary

Promote feat/buyer-setup-smoke changes into installer beta.
Generalize buyer branch naming from feat/buyer-v2.1.4-setup-smoke to feat/buyer-setup-smoke.
Keep installer defaults aligned to buyer repo branch feat/buyer-setup-smoke.

Details

Updated default branch resolution in both install.sh and install.ps1 to use feat/buyer-setup-smoke.
Updated documentation/examples (README.md, uninstall.sh, CHANGELOG.md) to reference the generalized branch name.
No behavior change for version auto-pick logic: installer still selects latest semver artifact when OCS_VERSION is not pinned.
