Changes

Live Photos now play their motion clip reliably on TV. Fixed a case where the clip could freeze on the first frame, and removed the black flash when motion starts so it eases smoothly from the still and back.
Playback controls now stay visible for the whole Live Photo, instead of flickering as the motion plays and the still reloads.
