Yes; PlayerCorpse and CarryOn are installed, but should be irrelevant to the issue.
SP/MP
Singleplayer
Description
I ran into this randomly in a single player world and spent some time trying to figure out what triggers it in creative mode. This is not exhaustive but it seems to be caused by a very specific set of conditions: Interacting with a quern receiving mechanical power through a pulverizer, connected to a transmission, connected to an axle on one or more 90 degree angles, causes its powered state to glitch out and behave as if it were being operated manually, even though it will appear to be powered upon resetting the transmission.
If any of these conditions aren't met the quern behaves normally (that is, it ignores attempts to manually power it).
How to reproduce
- Place quern, pulverizer, transmission, and connect them to mechanical power in the specific configuration described in the screenshot.
- Engage the clutch.
- Right click on the quern. Notice that it is now being powered manually despite visually appearing to be connected to mechanical power.
- If the user disengages and engages the clutch again, the quern will spin as if it were being powered by mechanical power, but no work will actually be performed. This will persist until the user quits and loads the save again, whereupon toggling the clutch and interacting with the quern will trigger the bug again.
Screenshots
This quern will stop receiving mechanical power after the user interacts with it:

This quern behaves as expected:
