Adds present-tense standing rules for the newly-shipped MenuButton/ChatSuggestions/BatchProgressLabel/DiagnosticsPanel kit components, the webjsx dual-key-branch lesson from the InfoSection crash, and the upstream agentplug plugin-reload fix. Drains the CI/GitHub-Actions capture-screenshots detail into rs-learn per the memory back-pressure policy.
