Changes

• Added sanitization for nan and math.huge (including negative)
  This only sanitizes them for numbers, vectors, rays, and cframes.
• Improved buffer content reading performance by ~25% when the tables are primarily arrays with more than 1 value
• Elevated references table missing warning to an error
• Changed default of 'rbxenum_behavior' to 'full', as serverclientsyncing is already disabled by default.

Bug fixes

• Fixed array length (via #table) being incorrect when nil exists in the array.
• Fixed deduplication erroring when vectors with nan were provided
• Fixed deduplication not working properly when integers less than 256 were saved
• Fixed registering custom values erroring due to a typo
