macOS MP3 hotfix

  • Fixes MP3 downloads failing on macOS with Encoder not found.
  • Builds the bundled macOS FFmpeg natively for Apple Silicon and Intel with static libmp3lame support.
  • Blocks release publication unless the packaged FFmpeg completes a real MP3 transcode through CSVMusic's audio filters.
  • Adds an early, readable error for incompatible external FFmpeg binaries.

Users on v1.7.3 will be offered this hotfix through CSVMusic's update checker.
