GnmyFlow 0.3.1

First PyPI release of the GnmyFlow fork of StudioWright, originally authored by Umut Koçak. The upstream MIT license and copyright are retained; fork maintainer: anggi-susanto.

Install

uv tool install gnmyflow==0.3.1
# or
pipx install gnmyflow==0.3.1

PyPI package

Changes and compatibility

  • Distribution, primary CLI, MCP server and Claude Code plugin use gnmyflow.
  • sw and studiowright CLI aliases remain available.
  • Python imports, STUDIOWRIGHT_* runtime configuration and existing storage directories remain compatible. Do not install alongside upstream in the same environment.
  • Plugin source override is now GNMYFLOW_SOURCE; existing STUDIOWRIGHT_SOURCE plugin overrides need updating.
  • Preserves fork improvements for long music uploads, menu handling, timeout/stage diagnostics, music inspection and safe single-submit creation.
  • Adds package identity tests, artifact allowlist audits and isolated installation smoke tests.
  • Releases are manual; GitHub Actions templates are disabled.

Validation and limitations

150 local tests and Ruff passed on macOS/Python 3.12. Wheel/sdist audits, strict Twine checks, and clean installation smoke tests from local archives, TestPyPI and PyPI passed. All three CLI entry points passed offline checks. GitHub's platform matrix did not run due to an account billing lock. Linux/Windows and Python 3.13 fork validation remain pending.

Google Chrome and a suitable provider account/plan are separate requirements. No live browser/provider testing, credential collection or credit-consuming generation was performed for this release. This is unofficial and not affiliated with Google; third-party UI changes can break automation. Browser profiles, local job data, error screenshots and diagnostic captures may contain sensitive information. Loopback CDP is not an authentication boundary.

Release provenance

Tag v0.3.1 identifies source commit 7cc8d33d760bf747968bdd9bec0084a7e1259671, used to build the published artifacts. The later README-only commit announces publication and is not part of the artifact source. The README embedded in PyPI artifacts therefore retains the pre-publication notice; see the repository's current README for updated installation instructions. Existing v0.3.0 is unchanged.

The attached wheel and sdist are the same bytes verified on TestPyPI and published to PyPI, not rebuilt for this GitHub release.
